Andreas has a whole cupboard full of different management hats, of which he likes to wear several: CEO, CFO, CRM (Customer Relationship Manager), PRM (Public Relations Manager), PM (Product Manager), SAM (Sales & Acquisition Manager), WFM (Work Flow Manager). In the role of WFM, he is known to both HW and SM developers by the German name "Treiber".

Arne Dierking
Head of Hardware Development and IT
Arne and his team are always pulling new hardware out of the hat. He has Teflon fingers, a steady hand and knows where to touch the soldering iron. He knows every component by name and simply makes everything work. He has a special understanding of the details and intricacies of radio transmission. Sometimes it seems as if he can see the radio waves and so he always finds solutions to difficult problems.

Thomas is the man from the very beginning. He is the creative mind behind our software, which often gets more functions out of the hardware than we originally imagined. He leads the development team with his calm and level-headed manner, juggles projects like a circus performer and keeps a cool head even under the greatest stress.
